This course provides basic training for employees of companies that import merchandise into the United States and must comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations. After taking this course, learners will be able to define import, describe the parties involved in the import process and their roles, explain the documentation and steps required to complete the import process and describe strategies for complying with import regulations.
