Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to manage end-to-end testing and ensure product quality. This role involves client communication, requirement discussions, test planning, and execution across manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate can handle changing requirements, meet deadlines, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Coordination
Handle requirement discussions, issue clarification, and daily stand-up calls with clients.
Test Planning & Documentation
Create test plans, test cases, test scenarios, requirement documents, and meeting notes.
End-to-End Testing Execution
Perform manual, API, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
Automation Testing
Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Protractor.
Defect Tracking & Follow-Up
Log, track, and follow up on defects and backlog items until closure.
Collaboration with Development Team
Work closely with developers to improve product quality and resolve issues.
Process & Quality Management
Follow STLC and SDLC processes and adapt to changing requirements and timelines.
Reporting & Updates
Share timely updates with clients and management on testing progress and risks.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
Hands-on experience in manual, API, integration, and end-to-end functional testing.
Experience in automation testing using Selenium, Appium, Protractor, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, with experience in SQL query testing.
Experience using test and defect tracking tools like Jira, Zendesk, TFS, or similar.
Strong communication skills, self-driven attitude, and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
