Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle for training management & Elearning solutions. Who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategy, proposals, and negotiations. Proven SaaS sales expertise, solution selling skills, and passion for digital learning are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities
    Research and connect with potential clients and manage the full sales cycle for learning and e-learning solutions.
  • Create and Execute Sales Strategies
    Develop sales approaches to drive revenue growth in enterprise learning technology.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline
    Track leads in the CRM and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Understand Client Needs
    Identify customer challenges and recommend suitable learning solutions.
  • Deliver Engaging Presentations
    Conduct product demos and presentations for leaders and decision-makers.
  • Own and Close Deals
    Take end-to-end ownership of deals and focus on successful closures.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams
    Support solution promotion and share customer insights for product improvement.
  • Negotiate and Finalize Deals
    Prepare proposals, discuss pricing, and close contracts as per company guidelines.
  • Build Strong Relationships
    Develop long-term partnerships with enterprises and training providers, driving upsell and renewals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software or SaaS product sales, preferably in EdTech.
  • Strong understanding of LMS, TMS, LXP, or similar enterprise learning solutions.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Consultative mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
