1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription to SimpliTrain at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Upon cancellation, your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No further charges will be made after the effective cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

  • General Rule: All subscription payments are non-refundable as services are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon purchase.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at SimpliTrain’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate or accidental transactions.

    • Technical errors leading to incorrect billing.

    • Failure to provide access to the platform due to an error on our part.

  • Customers must request a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date by contacting [email protected] with relevant transaction details.

3. Trial Period (if applicable)

  • If a free trial period is provided, customers will not be charged until the trial ends.

  • Customers may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.
