1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription to SimpliTrain at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
Upon cancellation, your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further charges will be made after the effective cancellation date.
2. Refund Policy
General Rule: All subscription payments are non-refundable as services are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon purchase.
Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at SimpliTrain’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:
Duplicate or accidental transactions.
Technical errors leading to incorrect billing.
Failure to provide access to the platform due to an error on our part.

If a free trial period is provided, customers will not be charged until the trial ends.
